Major oil spills occur every year throughout the world impacting hundreds of environments. At any one time, there are 680 million tons of oil in ships on the oceans - about 7000 vessels are daily engaged in the transportation of oil or its toxic byproducts. The average world wide figure of oil pouring into the oceans from routine discharges and deliberate washing out of tanks is about 2.5 million tons each year, while tanker spills total about 150,000 tons a year (Green Peace). Effective oil spill contingency plans therefore remain on important goal for governments and industry world wide.

We offer bioremediation technology to restore the contaminated oil site, which is more quicker, economic and with low human risk. Bioremediation is the process of harmful or hazardous contamination into less harmful or benign components.
