  Allergy Control
Many allergic reactions are triggered by pollutants in the air being re-circulated through air conditioning ductwork. These pollutants consist of pollen, animal dander, fibres, sand particles, dust mites mould, mildew and many more. Several processes are often required to control allergen   levels, for example carpet cleaning, upholstery, and mattresses using allergy control procedures. Air condition ducts need to be cleaned and filters to be evaluated or upgraded, Air Purifiers, Ionisers, Ozone Generators may be required.
  Asthma
World wide, around 100 to 150 million people suffer from asthma, with the number of the rise, according to statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO). The incidence of asthma among Gulf children is significantly higher than in other parts of the world, international data show a rate of 10 percent. UAE figure fluctuates between 14 and 18 percent. In the United States, the number of asthma has leapt by over 60% since the early 1980s and deaths have doubled to 5,000 a year. In developing countries, however, the incidence of the disease varies greatly. India has an estimated 15-20 million asthmatics. World wide deaths from asthma have reached over 180,000 annually. The human and economic burden associated with this condition is severe. Worldwide, the economic costs associated with asthma are estimated to exceed those of TB and HIV / AIDS combined.

Managing asthma requires a long term multifaceted approach, including patient education, behaviour changes, avoidance of asthma (triggers) such as certain components of vehicle exhaust and industrial emissions, tobacco smoke, pollens and allergens from animals and insects. Often, Urban environments have high levels of outdoor pollution and poor housing conditions, which frequently are associated with increased levels of indoor pollution.

EPSCO recommends  Four cleaning strategies for managing allergies and asthma:
Regularly launder all sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, mattress pads, rugs, curtains, shower curtains and other soft goods.
Control mould and mildew.
Clean up food, as food invites cockroaches. Cockroach remains and droppings are allergens. Also keep the refrigerators clean.
Clean carpets and upholstery. Vacuuming is key to allergen reduction. Carpets are home to generations of dust mites. Children are especially vulnerable as they play and crawl on the floor and breathe allergens thrown out of the carpets. Always remember that allergens pose a threat. Left alone, allergens will accumulate and professional cleaning removes these allergens.

  Dust mite Control
Dust mites that are small microscopic insects inhabit carpets, mattresses, cushions, upholstery and pillows. This can cause allergic reactions. Allergic reactions are triggered by pollutants in the air being re circulated through air conditioning ductwork.

 Dustmite

Dehumidification

High humidity levels within a home promote unhealthy air quality by providing the moisture required to allow mould, mildew and dust mites to grow, For most people the air is most comfortable at around 50% Relative Humidity.  Domestic units are available to reduce humidity levels to ensure comfort. Commercial units are also available for drying out after water spillages or flooding.
  Carpets And Upholstery
Carpet & Upholstery can be either dry cleaned or wet extraction and the decision as to which system to use depends on many factors such as occupants medical condition or the actual condition of carpets or operational constraints.
