Spearheaded by Mr.
Kelvin Bruce, EPSCO was founded in 1995, in Dubai. With a truly
humble beginning to a most dynamic Organisation with more than 100
employees and 13 branches in the Middle East, India & Far East
is a commendable achievement. This is a very proud moment for EPSCO.
Many of the goals that we set to achieve are either well in progress
or ensuing beyond our most confident expectations. Consecutively for
the last two years, we celebrated the World Asthma Day as part of
our social responsibility to educate the common man regarding the
misconceptions of Asthma, various treatments and discussed ways to
maintain clean airflow in Commercial & Residential buildings.
Initially, the
Company's main activities were Tank Cleaning, Air Conditioning Duct
Cleaning and Sanitising and Kitchen Exhaust System De-greasing and
Cleaning and these are still the backbone activities of EPSCO L. L
C.
As the Company
grew, additional "strings" were added to the bow and it
diversified into Indoor Air Quality Consultancy, Mould Remediation,
Fire and Flood Restoration and Asbestos Abatement and Consultancy.
ISO 9002 and 14001
certification was achieved in 1998 and ISO 18001 in 2001, becoming
the only company in the Middle East at that time to achieve all
three certifications. ISO 9002 was upgraded to 9001-2000 in 2001
In the last five
years in particular, EPSCO expanded its core activities greatly and
has opened branches in Saudi Arabia, during 2000; Abu Dhabi and
Mumbai in 2001; Bahrain in 2002; Hyderabad and Delhi in 2003; Oman
and Lebanon in 2004 and Qatar and Chennai in 2005. This expansion is
continuing, with operations now getting under way in Manila, Kuala
Lumpur and China.
During 2004, EPSCO
L.L.C became the Middle East distributor and a registered applicator
for AERIS Technology products. Aeris offers a range of
environmentally friendly products, used in the cleaning and treating
of all AC system components etc.
Two new divisions
were incorporated into the Dubai main branch:
Water Technology
Middle East, uses high-pressure water jet technology, from
Perndorfer Engineering in Austria, to carry out very high precision
cutting of a variety of different materials.
German Technology
Consultancy LLC, uses state of the art engineering equipment and
expertise to offer a large range of precision engineering services
This year we have
gone ahead a step further and organized the Indoor Environments
& Building Commissioning 2005 in association with NADCA
(National Air Duct Cleaners Association). Thus strongly committing
us to create awareness through education & research for the
safety & well being of the general public.
We would support any efforts to promote the importance of
breathing fresh, healthy & clean Air.
