| Readers may raise
questions concerning the notion behind producing the " News
& Views" and what we are trying to achieve from it? My
answer is very simple; we are trying to put together a newsletter to
connect EPSCO members, customers & suppliers. The idea is that
they get to know each other even if they cannot meet each other. We
work in a multi-cultural, multi-racial and multi-national
environment. We differ in our mannerisms, the food we eat, the way
we dress and the way we approach life, but have one common
goal. The business that we are in grows
because of our work force. Of course Safety, Environmental issues,
Quality and Technology do play an important part in it but today we
are going to talk about one of the most important of factors - about
people - about 'us'.
Every one has heard of the saying
'Many hands make light work;. The more employees a company has the
more it grows and to grow one needs skilled and dedicated staff. I always
say that the growth we have achieved in EPSCO is because of our work
force and hence the growth is for them. As the company has grown so
have the individuals in positions, salaries, responsibilities and
some in size as well !!
We are a company that is present
in four countries with six different branches today. We serve six countries
through our network. Would this be possible without you? The right
people _ I personally do not think so. It is all about doing our
share to make things possible.
So lets go out and deliver
'Quality Through Knowledge' through EPSCO'.
